Family & Workforce Development understands that strong individuals make strong families and strong families make strong communities. Family & Workforce Development supports individuals in their efforts to be better parents, have more rewarding work experiences and a stronger family life. Individuals ages 16+ in all life circumstances - young parents, non-custodial parents, out-of-school youth, single mothers, job seekers - are offered rewarding, life-enhancing experiences. Family & Workforce Development program particapants have access to:

- Job Readiness/Job Search Training
- GED/ABE Preparation
- Customer Service Training
- Financial Planning & Budgeting
- Building Self-Esteem/Self-Concept
- Domestic Violence Workshops
