Senior Services
The Hill House Seniors Program makes available, to persons 60 years of age and over, a wide variety of programs to help them transition through the changes that come with the passing years.
Through home-delivered meals, home health assistance, transportation, and chore services, Hill House Senior Services addresses vital concerns of seniors who wish to live independently.
Social success is also a focus of Senior Services programs. Recognizing the needs that seniors have for friendship, companionship, and social involvement, Senior Services offers numerous events that keep seniors active and engaged with their community.
Senior Services offers care management services, including counseling. Linking and coordinating services are provided to nearly 600 seniors each year.
One specialized Hill House Seniors program meets the vocational and social needs of seniors coming out of correctional facilities to help them achieve economic self-sufficiency.
