When a painful incident happened to me in high school, I had no one to lean on, so I dropped out and moved from city to city looking for a place to call home. I met Ms. Vickie from the Hill House. She was a mother figure to me, encouraging me, helping me get my GED and enroll in college. Today, I’m motivated. I want to succeed and create a great life for myself.
